What makes The Spine Center different?
We bring together pain doctors, physical therapists, and chiropractors who collaborate on one personalized care plan. All focused on relieving your pain without unnecessary surgery.
Will I be prescribed opioids or pain medication?
Our focus is on long-term relief, not short-term fixes. We use medications cautiously and emphasize interventional and rehabilitative treatments first.
What does a pain management physician do?
Pain management doctors specialize in diagnosing and treating pain using non-surgical methods. This may include injections, nerve blocks, or advanced techniques like radiofrequency ablation and neuromodulation.
How do I know if I’m a candidate for injections?
After a full evaluation, your physician will determine if injections or other minimally invasive procedures are right for your specific condition.
What can physical therapy do for back or neck pain?
Physical therapy can improve strength, flexibility, posture, and movement patterns. All of which help reduce pain and prevent future issues.
How long will I need physical therapy?
It depends on your condition and goals. Many patients see improvement within a few weeks, while others benefit from ongoing support.
Will therapy make my pain worse at first?
It’s normal to feel sore as your body adjusts, but your therapist will monitor progress and tailor your plan to avoid flare-ups.
Are chiropractic adjustments safe?
Yes. Our licensed chiropractors use gentle, evidence-based techniques tailored to your condition and comfort level.
What’s the difference between chiropractic and physical therapy?
Chiropractic focuses on spinal alignment and joint mobility, while physical therapy targets muscle strength, movement, and function. Many patients benefit from both.
How often will I need adjustments?
Frequency varies depending on your condition and how you respond to treatment. Your chiropractor will develop a schedule that supports lasting relief.
